Work Placement

Following agreement by Midlothian Training Services, the Chapel is now able to offer placements to school pupils across the Lothians.

Last week we welcomed our first trainee, from Beeslack Community High School. The pupil spent a week with chapel staff, learning about visitor services, office work, shop work and guiding.

We hope to encourage young people to think about the many jobs that are available in the tourism and heritage sector across the Lothians.
