Charity boost from Chapel concert

A fundraising concert at Rosslyn Chapel has raised £800 for the Friends of Saltersgate School, the Additional Support Needs School serving Midlothian.

The aim of the Friends, which is a registered charity, is to promote the welfare and support the needs of childen and young people who attend the school and also to provide support to their families.

The concert, in late May, was given by Portmanteau, an Edinburgh-based choir, who performed free of charge in order to support this cause.
