For those of you who have been following our Chapel news, you’ll know that the Junior Tour Guide Launch was held a few weeks ago, with Roslin Primary’s Junior Guides performing to an excited audience of friends, families and also Councillor Joe Wallace, the Provost of Midlothian.
Today, however, was yet another special day for the Junior Guides – their debut performance in front of a real audience of fellow school children, P5s and P6s from Loanhead Primary to be precise. They did a fantastic job (as always) and got some terrific comments from the Loanhead visitors, who said they “loved the whole thing”.
As well as the Loanhead school children, there was another a very special visitor in the audience, Councillor Lisa Beattie. She was equally impressed with the Guides and gave them some very complimentary feedback at the end of their performance. Well done Junior Gs!
