Richard Lochhead, the Scottish Government’s Minister for Business, enjoyed a new taste of Scotland during his visit to Rosslyn Chapel.

The Minister sampled one of the new products developed for the Chapel using Scottish suppliers – a strawberry and cacao nib liqueur by Perth-based company Pomology and crafted using local Scottish berries.

Ian Gardner, Director of Rosslyn Chapel Trust, said: ‘It was a great pleasure to welcome Richard Lochhead to visit Rosslyn Chapel and show him the range of new products, which we have introduced from Scottish suppliers. From a Perth liqueur, and savoury biscuits made in Orkney, to candles and diffusersĀ  from Ayrshire, chocolate from an award-winning social enterprise in Stirling, and prints from an Edinburgh photographer, these new products reflect Scotland in every sense. The products make great souvenirs and gifts and each purchase supports the work of Rosslyn Chapel Trust, which is a registered charity.’
